Took my non-Filipino friends here to try Filipino food for the first time! We came on a Sunday right before the church crowd came in. The place was busy but we were able to get seated quickly. We ordered the lumpia, pork bbq, Kare kare, and the palabok. It was family style and that was a good amount of food for 4 people. Had to get the rice separately. The servers were nice and friendly and the staff was quick to pick up any done dishes. However some of our dishes did come a lot later than the others. The food in terms of taste was okay! The lumpia and bbq were probably the best, as for the Kare Kare and the palabok I've had better. It did scratch the itch of missing my mom's cooking.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. I would definitely come back here again. Our waitress Liz was amazing.

Liz was an amazing waitress! Service was excellent! Cup was never empty and she constantly checked up on us. Made me feel like i was at home, like she was my auntie. Would definitely sit with her next time.

It was such a great Dinner with an Awesome Server SHEENA! Coming from Fremont California standard. The service is quick and very delicious food. Place is nice.

Just made a temporary move from California to Houston a little over a month ago, since I was craving filipino food we decided on Gerry's Grill. After getting lost and stuck in traffic for 2 hours we finally made it. Gerry's Grill is hands down the best filipino food in town. We ordered an array of filipino food from seafood to meats and we can't forget about the appetizers and desserts. Unfortunately, as soon as the food hit the table we devoured it, so no photos were taken. Trust me the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was so kind that one staff member was so patient and took photos of us. Until next time!

Filipino hospitality to be experienced here at Gerry's Grill! Live music here on Friday evenings. Staff here was pleasant and friendly. Our food came out so quickly and then we realized our eyes were bigger than our stomachs! But so much delicious entrees and appetizers. Cripsy pata is a must order when dining here! One of the best Filipino dining experiences in the Houston area!
